This way of laying it out stores items in the top chest before the bottom one because servers do weird things to hoppers. It's the system I use because I have no other choice, but it's not ideal hence the suggestion.
Clearly people don't agree and that's fine but i'd still argue that the thread...
Are you legit telling me this post is incorrect? What is the 'correct' route for questioning an answer that I didn't find satisfactory? If the thread wasn't immediately locked I could have asked a followup but the over-moderation game is strong here and it seems that despite it being a message...
I recently submitted a but report: https://jartexnetwork.com/forum/threads/shop-issue-items-stop-at-the-first-shop-chest-they-land-in.11647/ regarding hoppers not pulling items from chest shops to the next chest shop.
As you'll see, I was informed this is intended as a security feature, so...
The reset when you removed the holograms from spawners pretty much fixed my lag issues, other than the usual ones that any server this size might have,
I can only speculate that right now it probably just removes every single item on the ground, so maybe it's not practical to check when they dropped, maybe that's not even a tag that can be checked. Maybe checking every single item would cause more lag? I'm not actually sure if it's possible really.
I don't know if it's even possible but it would be cool if there was a kind of rolling reset.
So every 10 minutes or so it clears right? What if it didn't clear items that dropped in the last 1 minute? This wouldn't be more laggy because after the first run it would still be clearing 10 minutes...
Does this kill big mob grinders?
If I have a bunch of spawners stacked, the mobs will just stack to the point where even lava blades or big drops won't kill them faster than they spawn. Would this increase server load rather than the desired option? Anyone have a solution that lets us keep...
