the update says that crop chest / crop hopper chest can automatically collect crops within 1 chunk i've tried dropping crops near the crop hopper chest but it doesn't collect the crops,,, do they need something to works? please explain cuzz there is no explanation about crops chest at all

i just saw a guy that killing a blaze like 10/20 mob per sec how tf did u do that? is there any trick to do it? the guy say that u just have to body sit and click faster i've tried that and it does not as fast that guy does :/
