I have "Brain Drop Chance" maxed out at 85%, and I've been watching my past 20 matches that I've played, and from what I observed from my results, I've been only getting around 25 - 30% chances of getting brains form my kills, not even close to 85%... is anyone having similar problems?

Does vampire kit have a 20% chance to heal you by hitting enemies or does it have a 20% chance to "drain" the enemy's health as in do extra damage to them? or does it heal you AND deal extra damage to your enemies whenever you're healed? and is the 20% chance ability a passive one or does it...
