Discord Giving Donator rank the perm To either Send Gif or Media in general Chat (any one of those)
-1. It's an extra permission for the giveaway sponsors and some other roles. To be honest, the majority of the discord server has a Donator role. It would reduce the benefits of more exclusive roles and GIF permission wouldn't even be ‘rare’ anymore- xCOOMAN
