You can appeal for a ban here. To increase your chances of being unbanned, I would really elaborate on the whole situation. -

BedWars My jump is like getting stopped by an invisible block or something + Blocks disappearing when speedbridging too fast
This is due to the anti-cheat system. It's sorta required to stop cheaters, and yes, it is annoying, but appreciate its purpose. -

KitPvP: FPS Guide (might not work)
I am not kidding when I tell you that my FPS goes from 120ish while fighting and recording at HD to 850+ while not recording and staring at a wall. Very helpful, thanks. -
