If it were an easy fix it would've been done by now I assume, yet I think staff is allowed to be a middleman so in case you are doing some more serious deals, you could contact staff for it -
Party Create Key in Factions
Yeah, it's in general around 450 on every gamemode and it would be reasonable to lower it down to around 280 due to player base- Alparo_

Besides devs, as mentioned above, the game itself isn't popular anymore including players that get premium accounts move to premium servers or simply quit and move on with life -

What's your opinion about Tlauncher
Personally used TLauncher for quite some time in the best and I've never noticed any issues or something related to malware as others said. Yet again it's always better to save some time and get an original Minecraft account and enjoy playing -
