Screensharing Rules

❝ Screenshare rules enforced to ensure a fair and rule-breaker-free enviroment. ❞

   All the rules that are listed below will be applied in all the gamemodes / minigames along with the specific-server rules.
   The Management Team (Sr.Mods, Manager, Owner) reserves the right to apply non-listed punishments if they consider it necessary.

    For screenshare rules, appeals related to minor offenses may result in a ban reduction of no less than 7 days if the appeal is accepted.
    For screenshare rules, appeals related to moderate and severe offenses may result in a ban reduction of no less than 31 days if the appeal is accepted.
    If you believe that a punishment has been falsely issued against you, you may feel free to appeal for your punishment and state so. At this time, the Appeals team will review your case.

Screenshare Protocol

• Team Screenshare members are required to record the entirety of a screenshare, but it is not shared to anyone outside of the Screenshare Team.
• Staff members must have reason/proof to base their suspicions on and freeze a player. This proof will not be shared to the player by the staff member. If you think you were frozen without proof, you may create a staff report so an internal investigation can begin.
• The screenshare must not take longer than 90 minutes (time starts after joining the anydesk). An extra 15 minutes may be added to the screenshare in case of a slow PC/extra files which need checking.
• The screenshare must be conducted on AnyDesk with the only alternatives being Discord/Team Viewer and it is not recommended. The screenshare staff member who froze you has the authority to choose which platform to SS on.
• The staff members can only share your information related to your Minecraft modifications outside of team screenshare.
• If you notice misconduct by a screensharer, you may submit a Staff Report report on them.


Admitting

When you are frozen by a staff member for being suspicious of breaking these rules, you have the chance to admit to breaking any of these rules without causing any issues. If you admit, you will receive a lighter punishment. The exception to this punishment is admitting to the use of VPN which results in a 14 day IP-Ban.

Using VPN without Permission

Using a VPN or proxy without permission is not allowed. If you wish to use VPN, for any purpose, while playing on the network you must submit a VPN Bypass Request. You will not be punished if you have an accepted VPN bypass request.

Having Windows Processes Disabled

Having windows process disabled on your computer for screenshare is not allowed.

Mouse Program Modified

If you are found to have modified the mouse program before the screenshare, you will be banned.

Removing or editing mods from the mods directory / folder before SS

If you are found to have modified the mods directory/folder before the screenshare, you will be banned.

Unable to Screenshare

Staff members of Team Screenshare have reasonable grounds and rational suspicions on users they choose to freeze and screenshare. If you claim to be unable to screenshare due to any reason such as not having permissions, having a business computer or a device with low settings, you will still be banned.

Logging out while Frozen

Staff members of Team Screenshare have reasonable grounds and rational suspicions on users they choose to freeze and screenshare. Therefore, loggin out while frozen is disallowed.

Clearing Files or Recycle Bin

Clearing files or clearing recylce bin before the screenshare is disallowed.

Running Process Hacker / Regedit / AntiVirus Software before the Screenshare

Running Process Hacker / Regedit / AntiVirus Software before the screenshare is not allowed.

Unplugging USB before Screenshare

Staff members of Team Screenshare have reasonable grounds and rational suspicions on users they choose to freeze and screenshare. Thereforing, having unplugged a USB before the screenshare would increase the suspicions to a bannable level.

Restarting System Time / Cleaning Registries

Doing so is clearly disallowed.

Restarting the Finder process before SS

Doing so is disallowed.

Note: This rule applies only on the players using a macOS computer.

Clearing the system log or the command line history

Doing so is disallowed.

Disallowed actions (Linux)

Clearing, purging, replacing or moving the following before the Screenshare:

  • - Wine entries
  • - Bash command line
  • - Command line history
  • - Tree command line program

    • Note: This rule applies only on the players using a GNU/Linux computer.

    Disabling Command Line Access

    Doing so is disallowed.

    Refusing to, Stalling or Tempering the Screenshare

    Staff members of Team Screenshare have reasonable grounds and rational suspicions on users they choose to freeze and screenshare. You must prove that you are clean. Refusing to screenshare, unncessarily stalling the screenshare or tempering with the screenshare is disallowed. Furthermore, refusing to disable your recording software will also fall under this rule. Please note that all screenshares are recorded by the team screenshare member in case it is needed.

    External Macros

    The use of any kind of external macros is disallowed.

    Having USN Journal Disabled

    During screenshare, having USN Journal diasabled is prohibited.

    Virtual Machine

    During screenshare, using virtual machines is strictly prohibited.

    Disallowed Programs

    Having the following programs found in screenshare is not allowed:

  • - VeraCrypt
  • - AntiSS tools
  • - Camouflaged KeyLoggers
  • - File Date Changer
  • - Wise (application)
  • - Cheating Engine 2

    Scripts

    Using scripts to cheat, such as autoclicker, is not allowed.

    Blacklisted Modifications/Cheats

    If, during screenshare, you are found using any kind of cheats or disallowed mods on the server, you will permanently banned.

    Visiting a "Booter" / DoS / DDoS Website

    Visiting such websites during the screenshare is strictly prohibited and might even result in a blacklist.
