❝ Rules enforced within the JartexNetwork's Forums to maintain a healthy and friendly enviroment. ❞

   All the rules that are listed below will be applied in all the gamemodes / minigames along with the specific-server rules.
   After the Third Offenses from the 1 Day IP-Mutes, the next punishment will continue to increase by 1 day if you will break them again within 7 days.
   The management team (Sr.Mods, Manager, Owner) reserve the right to apply non-listed punishments if they consider it necessary.

   If you get reported for a light rule (Spamming, General Rudeness, etc.), you will instantly be muted for a day, even if it is your first offense.
   If you get reported for Racism/Discrimination, or Death Threats your punishment will be the same as its first offense, which is a 2-day IP-Mute.

Arguing

Being involved in an argument with other members of the community.

Foreign Language

You may not talk in public chat in another language other than in English. This rule includes to any message, even if it's only one word. There are however certain commonly known words, such as "Hola", "Bonjour", etc.

While we do not mean to discriminate or block certain languages from being used, we do need for the English language to be the only one used publicly, both for moderation purposes, as well as to give the chance for all the players to be able to understand what everyone else is saying.

Note: We do not punish if: The tread was started in a foreign language or if the message was posted on someone's profile

Bypassing Restrictions

Bypassing the word filter by adding irrelevant content to your post.

  1. 2 Warning Points, duration = 2 months
Flood

Flooding posts, such as repeatedly commenting in threads, or massively spamming characters.

Going Off-topic

Not following the topic settled in a thread, and disregarding its context.

  1. 1 Warning Point, duration = 1 month
Micro-posting

Creating multiple threads in the same sub-forum within a short amount of time.

Reaction Spamming

Spamming the reactions of a member. Either positive or negative, it is forbidden.

Rioting

Attempting to create conflict or go against an idea/member.

  1. 1 Warning Point, duration = 1 month
Staff Impersonating

Impersonating a member of the staff team. By implying you are one of them or stating you are able to perform staff commands.

DDoS Threats

Threatening members to boot them from their internet connection.

  1. 5 Warning Points, duration = 5 months
Dox Threats

Threatening members to leak their personal information.

  1. 5 Warning Points, duration = 5 months
Inappropriate Behavior

Having sexually-orientated conversations or sending sexual messages. This also includes anything that may be considered NSFW (Not Suitable For Work), such as talks of performing, conducting, or encouraging sexual activities. Some examples are: Bro shut up, suck my dick. How is your mom doing, I heard her getting banged last night. I bet her pussy felt good. Does anyone want to play with my cock?

Inappropriate Content

Posting inappropriate images and/or threads.

Death Threats / Suicide Encouragement

Making any kind of threats toward members of the community is completely forbidden on our server, no matter the place of communication. This also includes direct or indirect threats.

Racism / Discrimination

Discriminating others due to their race, beliefs, ethics, religions, and/or overall preferences are forbidden.

Selling / Buying Accounts

Selling / Buying any account is completely forbidden, either from Minecraft or any other game is completely forbidden.

Advertising Inappropriate Content

Advertising 18+ content, as well as sexual graphical footage.

  1. Permanent Suspension
Social Media Advertising

Advertising any sort of social media such as a YouTube channel, Instagram account, Facebook page, etc. This is forbidden within the Network if no permission was given to do so.

  1. 3 Warning Points, duration = 3 months
  2. 7 Warning Points + 1 Month Suspension from the Forums
  3. 15 Warning Points + Permanent Suspension from the Forums
Advertising

Advertising other server's IP's, or external sites irrelevant to JartexNetwork.
