@BackSpacing on my part I think doing all of that requires an individual to investigate for a minimum amount of one month. Hence the rule.
@BackSpacing Each staff member must know about the various problems occuring,and also analyse the solutions for the same.
@BackSpacing The one-month rule is required to gain experience about the server.
