    I killed a boss at spawn. At the time, I had no knowledge that this action was against the rules, as it was not explicitly stated in the game's guidelines.
    I understand that ignorance of the rules is not an excuse, but I sincerely believe that my actions were not malicious. I'm a player who values fair play and respects the gaming community.
    In light of this, I kindly request that you reconsider my ban.

    I was banned for killing a boss in Lifesteal at spawn. I genuinely didn’t know it was against the rules, as there was no mention of it in the game’s guidelines. I had no intention of breaking any rules, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. I would appreciate it if you could reconsider my ban, as it was an honest mistake.

    Why u Permanent banned me. At 10am when i open my IQGAMING id it is showing u r banned for 12days and now permanent why?
