They just denied it, and i didn't read the rules of a unbanappeal, they said the ban should be longer then 24 hours and i did it under 24 hours

You cannot appeal if your ban is less than 24 hours. If you were falsely banned by console for hacks then you can message a staff member with "Team Screenshare" role to get you unbanned. Or, wait out.
