jartex network as a server is very good but i can't handle the staff

im not playing half a month on server i actually appricated just cuz an mod just false banned me

the server was really nice and fun to play, but why do you keep false banning people? just why? once i had conversation with one guy he told me he got false banned and got denied every ban appeal through over 4 months
