There was a grace period since faction just reset... meaning explosives such as tnt and creepers didn't explode.. to prevent raiding and allow factions to build up bases. The Grace period is over and now tnt should explode.

i try and it dosent explode

oh my bad the grace period is going to be over later today It was midnight for me yesterday so i was tired, sorry check later today it should work!
