I made an appeal for my ban.
BigBossOtt replied to it and asked me a few questions, which I answered. But thr staff hasn't replied to the appeal in almost 2 months so I made a support ticket 1n half weeks ago where another staff said he will let BigBossOtt know abt the situation but still there is 0 replies
 
From the staff's perspective, this does not necessarily indicate that the appeal has been ignored. Ban appeals often depend on the availability of the staff member handling the case, and some appeals can take longer than expected due to workload, internal discussions, or other priorities. The support staff member acknowledged the issue and forwarded it to BigBossOtt, showing that the ticket was addressed rather than dismissed.

While the wait is understandably frustrating, the lack of a response alone is not evidence of staff misconduct or negligence. The appropriate course of action is to remain patient and avoid creating duplicate appeals or tickets unless instructed otherwise, as repeated requests can further slow the process.

May be the support staff made a mistake when checking your status, or the other possible outcome should
there's a synchronization issue with the ban system or ........

dm the bigbossott on discord, it usually helps review the appeal faster
