Scaled Gold Tax for Auction House Listings
Suggestion Details:
Jartex Network recently introduced gold taxes in auction house in many gamemodes which takes 5 gold to list an item in auction house for any amount of gold. While this helps control the gold economy this feature has significantly impacted free to play players as for players like myself auction house is often the most realistic way to obtain gold other than events.
Most free to play players earn gold by selling low or mid valued items and 5 gold tax per listing removes a large portion of their profits or even make it unviable.
I suggest replacing the flat gold tax with a scaled percentage based tax system
for example:

I suggest replacing the flat gold tax with a scaled percentage based tax system
for example:
- No tax on listing below certain value (between 100-500)
- A small percentage tax such as 0.5-1%
How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
Improves fairness to free to play players
free to play players would be able to earn gold without losing most of their profit on small listings.
Preserves the purpose of the gold tax
High value trades would still contribute to gold regulation preventing inflation and abuse.
Reduces frustration without removing monetization
The system does not make gold easier to obtain in large amounts it simply removes excessive penalties on small trades.
Creates a more sustainable gold economy
Percentage based taxes scale better over time as the server economy grows.
