Bring back /sellhead

We all know that there is a few enchants that are useless on factions and nobody does use them and they are kind of necessary to be in the game so we can have a big variety of Custom Enchants but let's talk about Headless III.
Headless III
This enchant has been in the game-mode since I remember playing it for a very first time but it's literally a bad enchant if you're not aiming for the head of your enemy just to have it on your Player Vault or your faction base (nobody does that). I am not asking for the removal of the enchant but I want to point out what happens after you kill the player.
PLAYERS HEADS
When you kill a player using the enchant Headless III, the head drops on the floor and you can take it. I remember in the past we could /sellhead and get a percent of the players money but now this is gone now. It would be great if we could get this feature to come back in the game as even the command is still displayed on the head when you put your cursor on it.
/sellhead Cooldown
Also, it would be good to add a /sellhead cooldown if you have sold a specific player head or make it so you can /sellhead for example once or twice.
So what am I asking for?
I am asking for this feature to come back to Immortal Factions as it was really cool to kill random people on PvP and literally get money off them as well as their stuff which makes it easier for new players to actually start playing and make some progress quickly if they do not have any ranks/gkits.
How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?
Help new players to get money quicker if they don't have any ranks/gkits and not only them but the whole player base if you kill someone who is rich and don't holds his money in his Player Vault.
