Using Unassociated cells

After receiving a suggestion from the community, as well as coming to the conclusion that this rule requires an update, we would love the community's input in regarding this rule!

Using Unassociated cells: Any person(s) in a cell must also share the same gang. This rule is only applicable if the person in the cell that isnt part of the gang was active in the last 48 hours. The person who is not in the gang must have a prestige above 10 (so alt accounts in your cell wont be punished or if they will be, its prestige boosting). It also requires the cell to have one or more of the following:
- Inmates(minions)
- Any chests(Including default)
- Farms (including default)

Warning
7d Ban + Disqualification from the recent payout
14d Ban + Disqualification from all payouts
31d Ban + Disqualification from all payouts

add a log which shows what people did in other peoples cells and if they didnt do anything then its not a ban
