buvuluvss 7k pack
far as if you should use 16 or 32 or 64 or 128 or 256, it a ll depends on your pc, if you have a terrible pc use 16x. the higher the amount the more detail and more pixels it has but you have to have a pretty bad pc to not be able to run 32x

for this sildurs basic shaders for low end pcs or just use pensas motionblur, its just as good but better
