Clan Name Issue

My friend changed our clan tag to "pink" (yes pink, he tried to change clan tag color but he changed the entire name -_-) I tried to change it back to "GoldenHorde" (the old name) but it doesnt work because clan tags could be max 10 characters but "GoldenHorde" word is 11 characters... I'm asking to staffs and other jartex survival players, is there any way to fix that? (bring back the old name) if someone helps me to figure out, i would be so glad ^^ (Note: I can't disband it cuz its a level 20 clan and I dont think our clan members wants to change our old name)

It might be a bug that its not letting you change it to previous one, as previously you already had that name i.e. of 11 characters. Maybe wait for a few time till it gets fixed

well i think im just gonna report it and wait until it get fixed, i heard there will be reboot for survival soon maybe they will change it.

it’s not related to bug report actually, his clan’s name was set by a bug as the rule states that “only 10 characters are allowed” but his leader set it to 11 due to a bug so it won’t matter if you make a bug report and instead change the name to something which is under 10 characters.
