Cell list command
Suggestion Details:
We need a command to check all the cells that we are part of eg. /cell list
This is required as some rules can get you banned if you forget that you are part of a cell and aren't careful.
Currently there is no way to know which cells you are part of other than manually checking through ALL the players.

This is a basic necessity to prevent people from being banned for "Using Unassociated Cells" .
