Does JartexNetwork support Bedrock Edition?

Yes, JartexNetwork is a Bedrock-compatible server! You can join it using a PS4, Xbox, Android, iOS (iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad), Windows 10 PC, or any other device supporting Minecraft Bedrock / Pocket Edition (MCPE).

I have an issue with a recent purchase. Who should I contact?

If you were to face an issue with a recent purchase, you may submit a Payment Issue form in order for your purchase on the Network to be reviewed.

Where can I apply to be a part of the Staff Team?

If you are interested in becoming a part of the Staff Team, you are welcome to apply by submitting a Trial Application. Beware of the requirements you must meet before applying, and ensure you follow the rules stablished for the Network.

Where can I appeal for a punishment?

If you are willing to appeal for your mute or ban, you may do so by submitting an Appeal Form. Keep in mind that you must provide enough detail and put a good amount of effort.

I have forgotten my in-game password, what should I do?

Forgetting your password could be easy, therefore, we have made sure to cover that frequent issue. If you ever happen to forget your password you may submit a Password Reset Form at any time. You must fill the blanks with the proper information. Please keep in mind that your information is safe with us, and isn't being/wont be shared to any third party services.

I found a player breaking the rules. Where can I report them?

If you happen to encounter a player breaking the rules set for the Network, we encourage you to create and submit a Player Report Form. This way we can ensure your and others safety and provide the community with the best experience possible.

Does JartexNetwork offer community events?

Yes! We often host community events for every single one of our members to enjoy. Though, we take these events a step further by developing them ourselves. Our dear Team Events members make sure to work on the right events to bring joy for the community and increase the activities here at JartexNetwork. We also provide gift-cards for those who get to win the TOP places in these events!

I have a general concern. Who can I contact?

You can join the JartexNetwork Discord Server and direct your questions there. There should be instructions on how to get support - If not, contact a staff member.
