What to do if you forget your password?

Forgetting a password is more common than you think! This is why we have made sure to allow you to reset your password through two different methods, this way you don't lose permanent access to your account.


Below you will be able to view the steps required in order to reset your password through our two different methods.

How to reset your password using your linked email

Reset Your Password With a Linked Email

  1. Login to the JartexNetwork minecraft server: play.jartexnetwork.com
  2. On the login screen, type the following command: /resetpassword
  3. An email will then be sent to the email you've linked your account to. Follow the instructions by accepting the password reset request.
  4. Once you have clicked on the button labeled "Reset Password" on your email, you must input your new password, and then confirm it.
  5. Once you memorized your new password, you may click on the button labeled "Change Password".
  6. You have now successfully changed your password!
How to reset your password without an email

Reset Your Password With a Linked Email

  1. Create a forums account.
  2. Visit the following sub-forum: Password Reset Request
  3. Click on the button labeled "Request a Password Reset"
  4. Fill-in all of the blanks with the appropriate information. In this form you will be asked for your IP, but do not worry, your information is safe with us. The members of the management team have access to this information to verify your identity.
  5. Do not leave any important details out! If you have moved countries and/or cities, your IP must have changed, so we need to be aware of this change.
  6. Click the button labeled "Submit".
  7. Congratulations! You have successfully submitted a password reset request form. Please be patient while a member of the management team handles your request.
