Being from pika alone isn’t enough of a reason to ban someone. If you spot someone cheating, gather evidence and report them or just call staff to deal with the situation.

If you already have a seasonal rank of the same kind as permanent one you want to claim, you can not. My best guess is that the game registers your rank as already owned so you can not redeem another one. Hope this helps

Although I like the suggestion, wouldn’t keeping up with all the cosmetics tag lowkey hard and pricey? My small suggestion is to add few cosmetics into the seasonal crate instead of making a whole crate dedicated just for cosmetics. All in all the additional cosmetics are a fantastic idea.
