fireball has a cooldown, and only for ranked players, creeper eggs you can get anywhere from shop to events (koth, supply drops, etc), which is why fireball has a higher chance of success apon getting spawners unlike normal ceggs and throwable ceggs.

They could change it tho, /regen works just fine and so does /feed.

Not really, it's a smaller range than a fire ball.

If vampire doesnt mess with potion effects then why does /heal have to?

If custom enchants can make you heal like vampire and life steal, why can't /heal?

Maybe they have throwable creepers, but fireball would break multiple spawners at once.
