@_elpatitoz_ That item is basically like a mini crate. You get one of 3 possible rewards. Either a baron rank or a seasonal paladin rank or the 5 keys as you mentioned. This isn't a bug more over just bad luck with crate opening. -
Emperor Rank
Hello @samerak32 You can get a chance to win the Emperor rank voucher from seasonal crates (currently the vitality crate) and event crates (upcoming would probably be Halloween lootcrate.) It's a rare rank to obtain so not many people have it. -
