i hate it but its a part of the game it makes noobs feel like they're safe plus a way to just not die from them is just to use a pearl although it would be nice to have anti spam plugin as people spam bow's like its nothing i get targeted alot specially for my gold rank and it sucks

it usually depends on your wifi and ping. i would recommend testing your wifi and seing how many mbs u get if u get anything >10mbs than that could be the problem, and if ur far from the server location it will probably be laggy

the lag is prob from ur internet or somethign i would recommend looking at tabs to see why ur lagging coz it doesnt seem like the server is lagging
