What carries over through a reset?

As you may know, SBD (Skyblock Dream) is resetting/updating, which makes me delighted because the game play in this server is starting to get more and more boring, so new content should make this server a bit more pleasurable. However, when the reset comes, what carries over and what gets removed from the previous season because I've only played Jartex for approximately one month, so I'd like to be informed before the update actually happens. Also, I do hope there can be more updates added to other game modes that are in need such as Prison and Factions.
