Permanently Banned Because of Advertising without first offense or warning

Dear Staff/s

This is kromiii a friend of Snappyy_
my friend got permanently banned because of advertising, he was advertising our "DISCORD FACTION" and
he didnt even know that advertising our discord faction was prohibited.
Flappix didnt even warned him even first offense
and we already told flappix that he didnt even warned him but he ignored us.

Advertising is not a light offense to the server. 1st offense is a permanent ban. However you can make an unban appeal here https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/appeal/
