Some of my spawner sometimes didn't spawn mobs. These spawners are zombies, skeleton, blaze and possibly creeper. I put the spawners with their specific needs like zombie, skeleton and creeper needing darkness. It sometimes spawn and sometimes didn't. Sometimes it's fixed by relogging and sometimes not. Some other time the spawner only spawn like 8 mob and then doesn't continue spawning. Even though the zombies skeletons blaze and creeper doesn't spawn well, the spawners like pig, chicken, mooshroom, cows, wolf and sheep spawn just fine.
If you're thinking that my spawners is few, here's how much spawners i placed:
Zombies: 11
Skeletons: 8
Blaze: 2 (Yes, I know it's few but it should spawn blaze continuously.)
Creeper: 7
