Lost my ranks in the enderchest.

Hello staff,
i am a player of Jartex Network from past 2 years but never had faced this problem.

I had kept my 1x duke rank voucher, 1x king rank voucher and 1x paladin rank voucher from past 1 month and had saved for my friends.

but the day before yesterday when i checked the ranks werent there.
no other player has my password and no one can join through my id because i am a premium player and only i have pass.
i last checked on 22nd and it was there but the day before yesterday it was not there.
kindly help me with my problem.
those ranks were worth million in game cash.
Kindly help me please.

Hey snow,
I had a similar incident a couple weeks earlier, I thought I lost my L7 sword out of nowhere maybe I dropped it I thought but there was a bug in vaults when I tried to fill all my vaults fully with items (like potions) It suddenly appeared from invincible. I don't know how good I explained it but basically I suggest:
Try to fill every /vault you have with items and it might show up if its the same bug as mine
Hope u get it back
