level color

hello how do i change my level color i just got green and i dont know how to change it
from gray

On your hotbar, click on the chest which is your profile. Then click on the redstone I believe ( it's called Lobby Settings). Then there's an option to change your level colour there. Note that you can only do this in Minigames lobby or the lobby itself.
