I am the one who reported Iz10u26 for ban evading. Your account has also been banned for the same thing, but your account isn't banned by username but instead by IP. If you check your ban page you will see that no ban has been directly issued to your name. Therefore it's your IP that's banned. Talk to a staff member for more details as I don't know the intricacies of how IP bans work.
