How do you get brains?

Killing someone or winning a game doesn't guarantee a brain.

So then how do you get brains? Why are they so incredibly hard to obtain? Why do I get 0 brains for winning some games and 3 brains for winning others??

just play more and you will get them

You get brains from kills and wins if I'm not mistaken

you start with a 20% chance per kill to obtain a brain and you upgrade the chance to 25% and so on.
