Bedwars fireball trail and skyblock fantasy chest bug

I put item frame on a chest and put sword in item frame when i tried to take it back it went through the chest and in the void
Also
I got fireball lava trail and i equiped and went in a game when i finished the game i saw that my fireball trail isn't equiped anymore
Can you fix this bug
