Questions About Punishments For Caps

I wrote one sentence with caps in Skyblock dream and received a warning from Birht11, now, i accept that, but what I didn't understand was why Flagy_ then muted me even though I didn't do anything else after I wrote that one sentence -_-. (There was nothing profane in the sentence. Just caps.) After i was muted I got one of my friends to go get flagy which had gone to KitPVP, he came back to skyblock and i TPed him to my island where I wrote some signs asking him why i had been punished twice for a minor offence. He then told me that this was mute evading, and then I said I don't know why I'm muted in the first place (In a sign). He then told me that he removed Birht11's Warn and then added his own warn, and then muted me? I don't even know why. But to make things worse, he then Banned me for 1 day for "mute evading". Correct me if I'm wrong but are staff allowed to punish with a mute and without a warn for some caps in ONE sentence? This is not an appeal by the way, this is just a question. - Hope you can help me, egeng55
